In this Distribution Center were 2 different totes in use, a “storage-Tote” (orange) for the stored articles in the storages and an “Orde-Tote” (black) for the orders, which were shipped to the customers. The empty order-totes (black) came back and were automatically transported to the picking places for refill. In addition, there are also 2 different carton boxes in use, very small and larger.

We show here only the avancon ZPC Conveyor Concept. By the way the avancon ZPC Conveyor Concept is always equipped with zero pressure accumulation. This saves a lot of energy, because only those motors are running, where in this moment a tote has to be transported; all other are standing still and don’t use Energy. 

This Pharmaceutics Distributer is one of the largest in his country. They handle in several distribution centers 20’000 articles delivered to 300 customers 2 times per day.

Here you can see all types of avancon conveyor systems, which were shown in this website, as straight lines with various Roller Combination, decline and incline roller conveyors and speeds between 0.5 ms and 1.2 ms, in total 1’200 m avancon ZPC Conveyors plus 110 avancon OTU-tables and their applications.
