New avancon flat BLDC gear motor E500

exceptional,  unique, universal and so flat and powerful..

Avancon's new E500 brush-less DC flat gear-motor is a universal motor that can be used in a wide range of applications.

It is so flat that it fits into the avancon aluminum frame structure of the ZPC roller conveyor and ZPC belt conveyor concepts and is not visible from the outside. 

This avancon motor housing is made of aluminum, which ensures heat dissipation to the outside via the aluminum frame structure. If the internal temperature rises above 60°C, this is immediately reported to the avancon MCC E400 and, if available, to a higher-level infrastructure. An immediate check by a service person is required. 

The reason for a temperature rise can have various causes: 

• wear of parts in the motor itself, or 
• a problem with the bearings turning the axle, or 
• a problem with the toothed belt or the belt of a conveyor or 
• a blockage of a box to be transported on the conveyor..

The remaining parts, such as the housing and the gear system , are made of high-tech, reinforced and heat-resistant polymer materials.

The avancon brushless DC FLAT gear motor E500 operates at 48 V and 40 W.

This new avancon motor E500 will be available in Spring 2024.

The avancon E500 flat brushless DC gear-motor is designed for driving the avancon ZPC roller conveyor system, the avancon ZPC belt conveyor system and - as a special version - the avancon OTU brick/box for transfer and crossing tables. (see details)

It can also be used for many other applications in conveyor systems, such as small lifters, gates, stoppers and others.
