Avancon SA as a young Swiss company with many new revolutionary different product concepts in the fields of materials handling, conveyors, logistics and distribution and so on, works hard to satisfy our customers' requirements in terms of quality, functionality, reliability, maintainability, serviceability and efficiency. In order to meet the needs of different markets, we at avancon carry out continuous testing, work with several specialised institutes and we are always available for our customers, who have already installed our systems with great confidence for their various purposes. They all confirmed, that our quality and efficiency is extraordinary and delivers high value.

You can get the avancon conveyor systems via any Conveyor producer or Integrator worldwide.

To guarantee this, we use several methods:

1. We test our selves in our Test Center and at our Demo-Installation as much as possible.

2. We work with external qualified Institutions in order to get the necessary proven Certificates as the guarantee for CE, UL, IP, Ros.

3. Most tests concern electrical, electronical as well as technical functionalities of our products.

4. Furthermore, all avancon products have been installed in many countries and different industries worldwide and have proven their quality every day under different conditions and environments.

There is first our Test- and Demo-Installation, which runs mostly day and night.

We tested various goods to convey on different avancon roller-combinations as well as different speeds and Up-and Down-transportation.

Then we test our avancon OTUs in a simulated "real wold situation".

Further more, Cartons of different quality and size. We test also different Load Capacities and movement on different type of Roller-Materials.

Much time we have used to test our avancon Electronic Control Concept - and we keep on to improve it continuously.

Many of our customers do send us their goods and visit us to see, how smoothly these can be transported on the avancon ZPC Systems and on the avancon OTU Transfers.

So far everybody agreed: avancon ZPC-Concept delivers more value.

Water test and Dust test of the avancon Control Concept under the condition, that the Control Boxes are fixed inside a closed ZPC frame IP54 has been certified. 

UL standards include UL's comprehensive safety research and scientific know-how. UL Standards works with National Standards Organisations in countries around the world to build a safer and more sustainable world. - avancon has received the UL certification.

An electric test for carrying out the resistance of a component to electrostatic discharges ESD, which allows to carry out both contact discharges as well as air discharges.

Deceleration Tests

To test the speed regulation System with the avancon Control Concept.

Avancon can control the speed coming from 2 ms ending at 0.3 ms for various sizes and weights of goods. This is used in Chutes for Sorters mainly.
