And those costs are often out of control. When small parts are missing, or installation takes longer than anticipated, or rollout bumps here and there.
Apart from that, the people on the construction site cost much more than in the factory.
That's over now. - Look at the various connections above. More than that, Avancon has developed a system that has everything already installed inside the closed frames, as all necessary cables, all control elements, the flat BLDC Gear Motor and it is already pre-programmed in house to fit together. In addition all cables are already inside!
This saves valuable time, eliminates installation errors caused by missing parts, and improves overall efficiency.
On site the finished conveyor sections can be assembled very quickly. The legs are only at the connections of the conveyor sections.
It's a great way to ensure that the construction process goes smoothly and on schedule. We are sure many material handling integrators would be interested in this system to save time and resources.
